These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gog & Magog board game and multiplayer card game, including all content, services, digital platforms, physical products, and future expansions (collectively, the “Services”) provided by OKI NEXT TECH. All content, assets, rules, designs, mechanics, music, characters, artwork, logos, and names associated with Gog & Magog are the sole property of OKI NEXT TECH and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the game without prior written consent.
Players may be offered opportunities to suggest content (e.g., card names, lore, abilities). Any submissions become the exclusive property of OKI NEXT TECH, without compensation or rights of reuse by the submitter.
The digital game may include virtual currency and items. These do not have real-world value and cannot be sold or redeemed outside the game. OKI NEXT TECH may modify, restrict, or remove items or currency at any time without notice or compensation.
OKI NEXT TECH may update, patch, or modify the game and its features at any time. We do not guarantee continuous availability or support and may discontinue the Services, features, or platforms at our sole discretion.
You agree to behave respectfully and avoid actions that harm other players or the integrity of the game. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKI NEXT TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or interruption of gameplay.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following changes means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
